This was my second go around of buying a home and first time selling. Candace was by far the best realtor I’ve dealt with. She was very considerate, personable and knowledgeable. She walked me thru every step and ensured I had a good understanding of what was taking place. The services she included (like the photographer, who knew my house looked that great!) was another thing I didn’t have to worry about with everything else going on. I am super appreciative of everything she did and we will use her in the future.

Awesome; Amazing; Dedicated; Professional and Personable. How often can you use those words to describe a real estate agent? If that agent is Candice then I would say “always”. We were thrust into the difficult path of being an executor of an estate and navigating the logistics of dealing with a property in another state was one that we weren’t prepared for.
