I’m Candace Neff, proudly calling Columbus, OH, my vibrant home! Originating from a cozy town in Southeast Ohio, I've spent over 10 wonderful years in Columbus. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Advertising from Muskingum University and a Masters Degree from Syracuse University, my passion for connecting with people and creating positive impacts has always been at the forefront of my career.

My journey began in the insurance and title fields, where I gained invaluable knowledge in contracts, risk management, and property details. For the past six years, I’ve excelled as a licensed real estate agent, earning awards and recognition for my commitment to delivering outstanding results.

One of my greatest passions is working with clients on new construction projects. I thrive in guiding clients through every step of the building process, from selecting the perfect lot to collaborating with builders on design and customization.
