I’m Candace Neff, proudly calling Columbus, OH, my vibrant home! Originating from a cozy town in Southeast Ohio, I've spent over 10 wonderful years in Columbus. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Advertising from Muskingum University and a Masters Degree from Syracuse University, my passion for connecting with people and creating positive impacts has always been at the forefront of my career.

One of my greatest passions is working with clients on new construction projects. I thrive in guiding clients through every step of the building process, from selecting the perfect lot to collaborating with builders on design and customization.
