Not only did they help me secure a wonderful property in Merion Village, they got my house sold when there were similar properties in my neighborhood that were on the market for MONTHS! Their integrity, knowledge and skill are unparalleled. They really did work hard to get my co-buyers home sold quickly at full price when others in his neighborhood were not selling. They gave us excellent referrals when we needed inspections and work done. They were quick to respond to any questions we had in the process of buying a first investment property. It was actually fun working with them. I never thought I would say that considering a somewhat traumatic selling experience I had a couple of years ago. lol. Highly recommend

Stephanie was an indispensable asset during our new build process! First off, because of her connections within the new construction community, she was able to find a builder that was running promotions that allowed us to even consider a new build.
